Dairy farm “Lesidren” started its production since 1996 and is engaged in purchasing, processing and production of high quality dairy products. Each consignment of dairy goods is made from environmentally friendly raw material in the region of Stara Planina. Dairy farm "Lesidren" buys up cow, sheep, goat and buffalo milk from licensed farms in the region – certified in “first category”. The company implemented Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system, “Good Manufacturing Practices" system and EN ISO 9001: 2008 and ISO 22000 quality systems.
Dairy farm “Lesidren” uses modern technologies and apply its knowledge in standards of hygiene and good manufacturing practices in the production process. The dairy farm guarantees high quality and safety of manufactured product and she is a preferred partner for local and foreign markets. We apply permanent quality control starting from entering the raw milk in our factory through the whole process of processing to the final product, making our products unique and preferred in our Bulgarian cuisine.
Our trade mark “Lesidren” offers Bulgarian dairy products with unique quality and taste. Our product range covers: white cheese – from cow milk, from sheep milk, from goat milk, buffalo milk and buffalo mixture and cheese, Bulgarian yogurt (2%, 3.6%), cow's white cheese, butter, cottage cheese, yogurt, dessert fruit milk and fruit milk for drinking. We maintain traditional Bulgarian recipes without using preservatives, because we trust in real and good food products.
